Terms: Each training is (55) minutes. Missed client sessions are non-refundable. If the trainer unexpectedly misses a session, you'll receive a complimentary make-up session(s). Each experience offers a consistent space to renew your exercise. Services are led by, Erika Maxie, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and 300-hour Yoga Teacher with specializations in Yin and mindfulness.
