​Erika's Exercise Specialties:
CORE Barre Fusion
Our signature exercise blends hop hop beats, barre fitness with a yoga inspired flow. This total body experience will give you a challenge that will change you. Be your best example. Props: resistance bands, hand held weights, (2) blocks. 

CORE Stability 

A foundational workout using a stability ball! Learn how a low-impact routine can benefit how you look and feel. Great for beginners and those ready to renew their exercise. Props: stability ball, foam roller, resistance bands.

CORE Yin Yoga
Support a deeper sense of calm with seated sequences that are actively held to target the connective tissues, ligaments and tendons. When each pose is held for an extended period, gravity is allowed to do the work and our focus tunes into the sensations that come up during practice. Props: a mat, (2) blocks, (2) blankets, and a bolster.

Mindful Meditation
Journey within using breathing exercises to help relax the nervous system and calm the mind. You'll be guided with our CORE Wellness journal. Each exercise is simple but may not be easy. If you like an authentic challenge this is for you! Create space, renew your exercise. Props: just you.

​What to Expect:
Our wellness experiences can be customized to help set realistic, attainable goals. Each practice is designed to promote holistic growth. Prep in advance and create a consistent space free from distractions. 
  • Sessions are offered (9) months Jan-June, September-November. *No sessions, July, August, December.​
  • Participate at your own risk. Listen to your body, start slow to prevent injuries and imbalances. 
  • Medical clearance from your provider prior to participating online is recommended. 
  • All payments are final, there are no refunds.

CORE Nutrition Basics:
  • Hydrate, drink clean water. 
  • Eat plant-based and limit processed foods.
  • Practice physically (movement), mentally (mindfulness), and spiritually (with breath).
  • Rest well, establish a healthy sleep routine.
