Hydrate, drink more water. Please bring your favorite water to each session.
Choose plant-based and limit processed foods.
Create Space, practice physically (movement), mentally (mindfulness) and spiritually (with breath).
Rest well, establish a healthy sleep routine.
CORE Life Yoga Listen from within using a customizable, mind & body practice. Poses are actively held to target the connective tissues, fascia and ligaments along with standing and stretch sequences. Each session develops calm, strength, and flexibility. Posture and alignment are key to creating a strong foundation; form first, intensity second. A quiet, consistent space is recommended for this yin yoga practice. Optional props: a mat, (2) blocks, a bolster, blanket, and/or yoga strap.
Mindfulness for Life Embrace the journey by creating a daily routine. Deep, slow breathing techniques such as Ujjayi and Alternate Nostril Breathing can be practiced along with foundational asana (postures) such as: Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Sukhasana (easy pose) Savasana (corpse pose), Vajrasana (thunderbolt) which ultimately helps support a well rounded practice.
Speak Life Daily "I am renewed, healed and whole."
Why? Because we manifest what we focus on most. Words have power and our core philosophy embraces using your authentic voice. "Meditate on the promise, versus the problem." In faith, this truth can be used as a guide for amazing growth in every area of your life.
Philippians 4:8 “Finally, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
