What to Expect Our virtual studio experiences are designed to help relax, re-build and be you. Set realistic, attainable goals challenge yourself and see the change. Our (9) monthly studio classes are consistently at (7:30 pm ET) via Zoom and is an easy practice to begin. Track your results using our Ten Steps to Success. Prep in advance and create a space free from distractions. We highly recommend scheduling a complimentary 20-minute assessment to understand what motivates you most. CORE Class Descriptions YOGA: Join our chill practice to "bring down the busy" using core-stabilizing exercises to relax and sleep well. A dedicated, quiet space is recommended. Optional props to support your practice: a mat, (2) blocks, a bolster, blanket, and/or yoga strap.
BARRE: (pronounced, bar) Treat yourself to our ballet-inspired, low-impact exercises to tone and sculpt. We specialize in body weight resistance techniques using props for core stability. Barre socks or bare feet is recommend. Optional props includes: (1) XX-heavy loop resistance band, mat, high back chair, hand weights (3lb., 5 lb.).
POWER: Our high-intensity interval training will energize each "sweat sesh." Re-ignite your passion for exercise, be your best motivation. Bare feet or sport shoes and water are recommend. Optional props includes: a mat, hand held weights (5 lb., 10 lb.)
Join our "Speak Life Series" As part of a well-rounded practice, we offer a monthly affirmation, meditation tips, and poetry sessions to support one's goals for change. Words have power and our core philosophy embraces using your authentic voice. "Speak the promise, not the problem." In faith, this truth can be used as a guide for amazing growth in every area of your life.
